Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. There are no refunds on land purchases.

Satisfaction Guaranteed! We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase so our properties come with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your land for any reason, you can exchange your parcel for another one of equal or higher value within 60 days with no question asked! Money already paid will go toward the new parcel price. If there is a balance owed, you simply pay the difference.
